Ketki Services Limited (‘KSL’), founded in 1992, was established as a family investment firm for the purpose of real estate procurement & investment.
In 2012, Mr. Sameer Jaju entered his family business with the vision to expand and provide complete end to end investment solutions to its clients. Sameer, MBA by profession, brings to the table 10 years of extensive experience with International property consultants (IPC) and investment & wealth management companies like Jones Lang Lasalle and ASK wealth advisors. Mr. Jaju wanted to build KSL as a one stop destination for complete realty portfolio management for HNI’s.
His main endeavour is to provide the right vision and direction to nurture your wealth and financial well-being. As we stand today, KSL is catering successfully to many such individuals, family offices and corporate clients and looking after their investments in key focus area of Gurgaon and other parts of Haryana.
In the course of serving its clients, Sameer realized that there was a gap between customer aspirations of higher returns and quality luxury independent floors/villas and the ones available in the market.
To bridge the gap, In 2015 KSL started its investments at project level by identifying land , planning with execution and started with construction of high end independent floors/villas on various land parcels along with collaboration arrangement with their clients. KSL has successfully handed over various projects and prides itself, on superior construction quality, ambitious design & elite interiors.
